When we are going through cancer, we can often become disconnected from our bodies. We can find it difficult to navigate changes in our bodies, we can fear new symptoms, or we can find ourselves become numb and disconnected from our bodies. In this webinar, we talk about the importance of being connected to our bodies based on research and various psychotherapy modalities, as well as some ways to reconnect with our bodies. We will outline small tips and practices that people can take away.
